We are obsessed with superfoods, but we know that the word “superfood” has been overused by the health food market. So we wanted to explain exactly what we mean when we talk about these healthy, but strange foods.

We searched for foods around the globe that pack the most nutrients into the best tasting ingredients and offer the most important health benefits. Those 11 foods are the ingredients we use to make each and every Redd bar.

While each ingredient has it’s own super power, we chose foods that also complement each other and support different functions and offer a wide variety of health benefits.
