What is it?

Why is it a superfood?
Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories. A 1 ounce serving contains 11 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein.
What are the other health benefits?
One serving of the superfood can provide the recommended daily fiber intake, according to the American Dietetic Association. According to the National Institute of Health, seeds like flax and chia can be a natural blood sugar balancer due to it’s high fiber content and healthy fats.
