Redd-Enhanced Summer Activities

There’s not much in life that beats a good summer. Getting out on the water, heading to a music festival, or engulfing ourselves in wilderness are just a few of the activities that are better during the warmth of the season.

At Redd HQ we love seeing how people utilize Redd Bars to fuel their passion. Extended hours outside in the sunshine require proper fuel. We’ve got your back. Brett Beck, founder of @believepursue and @bellabootyfitness, leads a Redd-fueled “plank off” on Santa Monica’s iconic beach. Brett and his family leverage healthy lifestyle choices to achieve their entrepreneurial goals. The yerba mate kick in Redd Bars give them enough energy to balance out work with plenty of fun family activities.

The Kind Coconut is our go-to for delicious, vegan recipes. This smoothie bowl (featuring chunks of Redd bar!) is the embodiment of #summergoals.

Summers off help teachers recharge from the school year. Middle school teacher Valerie Costello of @valeriecostelloyoga recharges herself by spreading positive energy to others. This summer, she is giving weekly free yoga classes for teens. Valerie says, “We have to fuel all the good things we do and Redd Bars are the perfect way to do that!”
