Smoothie bowls have taken over Instagram for good reason. They nourish our bodies as well as our creativity. Kiely of The Kind Coconut is a smoothie bowl master.


At Redd HQ, we look to Kiely’s instagram for inspiration when we work on upping our smoothie bowl game. She was kind enough to share one of Redd team’s favorite recipes with the Redd Community.


The recipe for the pictured smoothie bowl is as follows:

  • 1 frozen acai packet
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Splash cashew milk
  • Ice cubes


  • Redd bar chunks
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Granola

  • Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender 
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add the toppings and enjoy!

Not everyone is a smoothie bowl master. Just starting out? The results will be good for your health even if the aesthetic results are more #smoothiebowlfail.
