Healthy Winter Recipes for #WellnessGoals

Hot Cocoa Oatmeal with Chocolate Chunks:
- 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 1/4 cup Cashew or Almond Milk
- 1Chololate Redd bar
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Cacao Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Cacao Nibs
Bring 1 cup of the nut milk with the cacao powder and bring to a boil. Stir in the oats and turn the heat down to low. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir occasionally until the oats are to the desired consistency (around 5-10 minutes). Transfer the oats to a bowl and add the rest of the nut milk. Top with chocolate Redd Bar and cacao nibs.
Superfood Protein Popcorn
- 2 cups Popcorn
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Peanut Butter Redd Bar
- 1/2 Chocolate Redd Bar
- 1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs
- Chocolate Drizzle
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Pop the popcorn on the stove top or in the microwave and transfer to a bowl. In a microwavable cup, add the coconut oil and melt for 20-30 seconds. Stir the maple syrup and cacao powder into the oil. In a separate microwavable cup, heat the peanut butter for 15-20 seconds. Crumble the Redd Bars over the popcorn. Sprinkle the cacao nibs over the popcorn. Drizzle with chocolate and peanut butter sauces.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters
- 2 cups Pretzels
- 1 Peanut Butter Redd Bar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Walnuts
- Chocolate Drizzle
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
Chop the walnuts and place in a bowl. Crumble the Redd Bar into small pieces, place in a separate bowl. Heat the coconut oil and slowly mix in the maple syrup and cacao powder. Dip the pretzels into the chocolate sauce, walnuts, and Redd Bar. Place the dipped pretzels onto a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Oatbar Apple Crumble
- 6 Apples
- 1 Oatmeal Redd Bar
- 1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Clean and peel the apples. Dice them into small chunks and lay them at the bottom of a medium cake pan. Drizzle the apples with the vanilla and cinnamon and stir with a spatula.Melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Crumble the Redd Bar into the coconut oil mixture. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined. Top the apples with the oat mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes.
